As a Social Worker and high school Teacher I have always enjoyed helping others in the community and at school. On the weekend of May 29th 2015 I discovered another passion, the passion to help other's succeed in their quest to be healthier and thinner  on the 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and a healthy lifestyle change.

3. For more than 30 yeas I have  been unable to fasten an airplane seatbelt without a seatbelt extender. On the plane to and from DC I was able to! So excited!
